Okay, sucky title, but I didn't really feel like putting up "Hartec bust" I want my stuff to have a little more title to it. But yes, this is the long waited update for Hartec, a character I was making a manga for, sadly it only got about 5+ pages before it sputtered out like many of my projects. I hope someday to actually maybe make it a one shot, at least my vision of him is finally realized. His original look wasn't good enough. Thanks for looking. This is my OC, please do not take.
