Description

AKA the singing voice of dubbed Sailormoon. I was lucky enough to met her at Shutocon an I'm very excited she'll be attending another con I'm going to very soon. I wanted to make her something special. I hope she likes it.

The frame was made by :icontigers-stock: - 253 nouveau base frame 03 by Tigers-stock I modded it make it work better, it really finished the piece for me.
