THEME 03 Crystal Tokyo

Another one for lj's sailormoon_art. I'm very very thankful that the theme was extended because I wouldn't have been able to get it in in time & I'm impressed with the resulted, not what I saw in my head, but still pretty awesome. The background was hard & I spent a lot of time on it. I also enjoyed the lighting effects though it's probably the part I'm most disappointed with.
